Chili Roast
1 Roast
4 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic
1 can tomato juice
In a Crock-pot Cook Roast with garlic until half way done.
Add all the ingredients.
Shred meat.
Serve like you would for tacos.
