Pork Chops
Dip in egg or milk and bread crumbs.
Sear the pork chop with oil.
Put 1 tsp ketchup and 1 tsp brown sugar on each pork chop then place in 9-by-13 pan.
Add 1 cup water.
Bake for an hour 350 degrees
