Healthy Breakfast Smoothie

  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • ½ cup uncooked rolled oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • ½ teaspoon splenda
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender container.
  • Cover and blend at highest speed for 1-1 ½ minutes.
