Homemade Pizza

Crust

1 Tbsp yeast
1/3 cup sugar
2 cup hot water
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp salt
4-5 cup flour

Spaghetti Sauce
Pepperonis
Mozzarella cheese

Combine yeast sugar and hot water and let sit for 5-10 min. Add the salt and oil. Add in the flour one cup at a time. Knead the dough. Roll out and prepare for a pizza. Add spaghetti sauce then add mozzarella cheese and pepperonis. (You can have any toppings you like this is just what I did for this recipe.) Bake 450* for 12-15 minutes.

Can I just say that this is the best pizza ever!! I would much rather eat Colette's homemade pizza than from ANY restaurant, and I don't say that lightly. It is seriously delicious. Colette is an amazing chef, though, so don't be too disappointed if you can't master it like she can.
